2. SMS Messaging Program — Coastal Waste Management Alerts

Program Name: Coastal Waste Management Alerts

Program Description: Coastal Waste Management Alerts is an SMS messaging program operated by Coastal Waste Management LLC. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to dumpster rental confirmations, delivery and pickup notifications, residential trash and recycling schedules, service reminders, route changes, account alerts, and other service-related communications.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on service activity and account status.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to 508-648-9230. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just text START to 508-648-9230 and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at coastalwastem@gmail.com or (508) 648-9230.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service, or use automated tools to access it without our prior written consent.
